Terrible service. We rented a van with much anticipation in CDMX and when we arrived at the airport there was no staff to attend in its module. An employee arrived half an hour late and they tell us that they did not have any van available.
They left us stranded at the airport and did not take responsibility. Avoid dislikes and problems do not rent at Fox Rental Car
