Mi estimado Amado, creo que tu error es haber hecho "replenish" en ese sitio llamado hablamexico.com porque las recargas o "replenish" directas en Telcel.com funcionan al instante y perfectamente.

Usar intermediarios siempre te puede causar problemas. Telcel tiene muchas tiendas donde puedes hacer "replenish" a numeros en Mexico, solo tienes que llegar y decir que quieres mandar dinero a Telcel Mexico y dar el numero de tu familiar con sus 10 digitos completo (el numero que marcas despues del +521_________) y listo.
