NO contraten NUNCA a Imago liberación de mariposas. NUNCA me explicaron que las mariposas no estaban en Puerto Vallarta, donde fue mi evento, al contrario, dijeron que ahí tenían una franquicia. Pero nunca me explicaron que el día de mi evento iban a mandar las mariposas por avión! Resulta que por un motivo que a mi no me interesa las mariposas NO llegaron a la hora que debían, obviamente como iban en paquetería se murieron. Además no le bastó con tener toda la información 6 meses antes, la cual me pidieron 2 veces.

En todas las cajas de las mariposas pusieron mal el nombre de mi esposo, se llama L. y le pusieron A. También había una falta de ortografía en el deseo. La verdad que tristeza que traten con tan poco profesionalismo a sus clientes pues obviamente para ellos simplemente s un cliente más al que sólo le ven el signo de $$$ pero para uno, es un evento único, en mi caso MI BODA, la cual ARRUINARON por completo porque me estropearon el Itinerario y me hicieron quedar mal con mis invitados avergonzándome por el error en el nombre del novio.

Obviamente al reclamarles y exigir mi dinero, se lavaron las manos y R.C. ya ni contesta mis mensajes de Whatsapp. MUCHO CUIDADO con esta pseudo empresa, no tiren su dinero a la basura y ahórrense el coraje.
