It is a shame that a "small" package gives me a terrible image about your service. Package arrived your facilities on december 26, track shows until december 28 as "in transit" status, afther that, nothing. Customer service response: "you're right, package was received on december 26 and tracking shows it is in transit, after that we don't have a clue where it is, maybe is missing". Really bad....
