(English translation below.) Nordnet.se es una pagina en Suecia donde se puede comprar y vender acciones en la bolsa. Constantemente, publican información erróneo, y aparentemente no tienen ningún control de calidad de su información. Varias veces les he contactado, avisándoles que su información esta equivocado, y entonces lo corrigen después de un tiempo.

Sin embargo solamente corrige la información específica, no su sistema de información, así que siguen publicando información erróneo. Ejemplos son que publicaron que el CEO de un de los bancos mas grandes de Suecia, era una mujer de nombre XX. Esta persona nunca ha sido CEO del banco.

Ahora tienen a otra persona “ZZ” como CEO de la empresa Telia, que es una de las empresas mas conocidos en Suecia. Esta persona “ZZ” estuvo como CEO temporal durante 6 meses, pero ya tiene 1.5 años que salió de la empresa, y aun así, Nordnet.se lo tiene publicado como CEO actual.

Considerando que han sido avisados varias veces que su sistema de información no funciona, pero siguen usándolo sin corregirlo, muestra que aparentemente no les importa mucho la calidad de sus datos. Mi preocupación es que tengan la misma mentalidad para otros servicios que venden. Por ejemplo, ya que no les importan la calidad, que tan seguro es su sistema contra hackers, y que no permiten que otros entran y transfieren mis acciones a otra cuenta. Solamente como un ejemplo.

Una empresa seria, seguro y profesional, es serio y profesional en todo, no solamente en los que les gustan.

L.” as CEO for Telia, one of Sweden´s most famous companies. This person was temporary CEO for Telia, but left the company 1.5 years ago, and Nordnet.se still publish him as the CEO. Considering that Nordnet.se has been informed several times that their information system in not trustworthy, and they still continue to use it, the conclusion is that they have little interest in the quality of their information.

My (much bigger) concern, is that if Nordnet.se have this mentality, (that quality is not important), how safe is my account from hackers? Can I trust it is not possible that someone enters Nordnet.se and transfer my account, or some shares/money to someone else? Maybe they just have cheap security software to protect information. Just as an example.

A serious and professional company is serious and professional in all it´s activities, not only in some.
